Joana

Hi. I am Joana Freitas but most people call me Jo. I have a background in sport as it has always been my number 1 love, especially football. I have always been known for being very sporty.

I got into personal training due to personal health issues and exercise really helped me improve my health, self-esteem and confidence. I love to help people improve their lives and health through exercise.

My main goal as your trainer is to guide you and support you throughout your fitness journey. If that is general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain or sport performance I will help you to improve it adding more benefits into your daily life.

Everyone has to start from somewhere, so remember this: “It’s not about how many times you get rejected or fall down. It’s about how many times you stand up and keep going.”
