  • Fully mobile: We are different to many other personal fitness companies because we will never make you come to a gym or to us. We travel to you and can train you in your home, your office, or a local park. We use state-of-the-art equipment and will bring everything with us.
  • Male and female personal trainers: Sometimes finding the right trainer for you can be about chemistry, as well as other factors. We have a number of experienced and highly qualified male and female personal fitness trainers, who have different areas of interest and specialisms. We also have a specialist Pilates and yoga instructor, who can help you take your Pilates or yoga to the next level.
  • Variety: We use different equipment, training techniques and body conditioning exercises, so you never get bored and we will always push you to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexible schedule: We will always fit around your schedule and can timetable training sessions at a time that is convenient for you. Our core hours are: Mondays to Fridays, 6am to 9pm and Saturdays, from 6am to 1pm.

We are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. You can work out one-to-one or we also hold small group fitness training classes, for up to three people. This means groups of friends or colleagues can work out together, keep each other motivated and split the cost!

When it comes to weight loss, nutrition is very important and no fitness programme will have the right results if you are eating junk and not thinking about how you are fuelling your body. By thinking and looking into your diet, you will achieve the best results for you. We work alongside qualified nutritionist Sarah Brown, who can guide you through the process of eating ‘clean’ and providing your body with maximum nutrients from clean food, including plenty of fruit and vegetables. If desired, she can offer meal planners, so you can stayed focused on your weight loss goals.
