Peanut butter and Banana Smoothie – Great for Breakfast and fast to prep. Approx.- Cals 290

Ingredients

  • 1 x Banana
  • 200ml of Almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 4 Brazil nuts
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Method

Take a blending jug and add Ice, a banana, 4 brazil and a sprinkle/teaspoon of cinnamon. Next add 2 small tablespoons of peanut butter and then add 200 ml of almond milk. Blend for about 30 seconds and enjoy!
