I have been personal training for over 4 years and in this time I have concentrated on 6 week and 12 week body transformations. Completing one of these transformations takes total dedication and commitment from the client and the trainer.

When the going gets tough the trainer is there on hand to make sure that all the parts come together.

Also specialising in boxercise, body composition and military bodyweight training. I have trained people to complete the 3 peaks challenge and the Fan Dance (think SAS selection). I believe that each person can achieve their goals. The training may not be easy, but the results will be worth each drop of sweat, it may not be pretty at times but it will be worth it in the end. Remember the only easy day was yesterday.
