My Name is Joe Lawrence and I have been personal training for over 6 years now. My career started in Spain before returning home to work for Chelsea Football Club in their private health club followed by a 3 year stint in the Middle East.
As your trainer I will ensure you have 100% commitment from me to ensure you achieve your desired goals. Achievements of previous clients include; successfully summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, dropping 3 dress sizes for bridesmaid duty, structured training to complete a 10km run and getting back into pre-pregnancy clothes to name but a few.
I can guarantee our training sessions will be varied and keep you on your toes but will always be designed with your fitness goals in mind. I have a variety of kit at my disposal including: kettlebells, TRX suspension trainer, boxing gloves/pads, battle ropes, slam balls and resistance bands in partnership with my vast knowledge of health and fitness to make sure sessions produce optimal results.
