Tailored individual personal training in your own home
We all lack the motivation to exercise at some time in our lives. It can feel hard to think about working out after a hard day at the office or when you have finally got the children in bed and all you want to do is chill out with a glass of wine. That is why we make all our workouts enjoyable and motivating and it is never too late to start exercising!
At the outset of any programme, our expert personal trainers will carry out a full analysis, discuss you goals and aims and design a full individualised programme to meet your needs. The body needs constant progression to stimulate it, which is why we carefully plan workouts to suit you.
One-to-one nutritional therapist
We do not believe in fad diets and work with highly qualified nutritionist Sarah Brown who can teach you about nutrition and what works for your body. We will discuss weight loss goals, discuss a healthy weight and steps needed to get there. We can also tackle issues such as chronic health issues, or improving diet for immunity, balancing hormones, promoting healthy energy levels and many other options.
Group personal fitness training
We also offer small group personal fitness training sessions for a maximum of three people. This allows to you train together with a friend or two, share the cost, have fun, keep each other accountable and get results.
