She has been Personal Training for the past 3 years, helping a wide range of clients achieve their goals in Weight Loss, Muscle Toning, Running and training people to beat their personal bests in endurance races.
Emma incorporates a lot of different equipment to make sessions fun and keep the clients engaged whilst hitting target!
She is currently completing her Pre and Post Natal course to be able to help clients through pregnancy and beyond. Emma is kept up to date with research and training, to be able to offer the best advice to her clients.
