Clare has worked as a Personal Trainer for seven years in which she has trained a variety of people with a mixture of goals including weight loss & toning, injury rehabilitation and specific events.

Clare keeps herself up to date with the most recent research and training in order to offer clients the best advice possible.

Areas Clare specialises in are Pre/Post Natal Training, Postural Assessment, Exercise Referral (training for people with certain medical conditions), functional training and HIIT.
